I think we all have something that we can get rather "stuck" on.

When I fear that is happening to me, I try and hash it out with different people to get a broad perspective.

Thank you for your answer PeaPod and Happy Wednesday! :) Problem is the causes are out of reach. Hashing it out can't happen with them and hashing it out with others can't help. :( This post was edited by RosieG at March 1, 2017 8:52 AM MST

When I say hashing it out with others, it's forums like this where I can get my thoughts out in a safe place.  Of course it won't solve anything.  There are lots of issues in life that don't have a ready solution.

Asking questions on Answermug is how I vent. Just getting it out there in the fresh air and out of my head is a big help. If I don't ask them they badger me relentlessly so it is a relief after I've asked. Now an added  bonus comes when I can engage in a substantive conversation. That doesn't always happen. It is what I aspire to though with every question. Thank you for your reply PeaPod and Happy Wednesday! :)

    Happy Wednesday Rosie.

I think sites like this can be a wonderful outlet, whether you are asking questions, or answering them!

Absolutely with one caveat! Those who show up just to attack/insult/demean/be rude/be mean. They are not wonderful, acceptable or tolerable. Other than that I totally agree with thee. Thank you for your reply PeaPod and Happy Thursday to thee! :)
