    Yeah, I did literally. I'm really tall (5' 10) and I was that height by the time I was in 8th grade, so yeah... A lot of growing pains.

    Figuratively and literally actually from the age of twelve onwards .......most people would say I was quite a handful as well.....   Hehe

  • Literally? No, not that I can remember. Although my memory was still using floppies in those days and growingpains.exe might have been damaged. 

    Figuratively? You'd better believe it.

    Literally, once; would have been around 1948, walking with my mother and my baby brother still in his stroller, and I was suddenly overwhelmed with the greatest pain of my little 3-year-old life...Mom told me it was growing pains...I did not die, so she must have been right.

    And figuratively well the figurative growing pains started around that time also, and (sob) still going on to this day...

    Yes.   Literally.   I can remember between ages 10-13 particularly my leg and arm joints aching to the point i would constantly ask mom, who was a nurse, what was wrong with me.   Puberty accompanied by a growth spurt made for some pretty miserable growing pains.
