Scotch ususally numbs it. I rarely get angry.

I don't drink scotch, at least not more than one glass. I can't drink much of it. Smells good and looks cool with cigar too. :-/

I know it's not perfect image but best I could do for now.

  • I rarely get angry also! I used too when I was younger but have mellowed with age, I guess. I get irritated sometimes but rarely angry! This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at March 2, 2017 10:14 AM MST

I rarely do. But I just had a moment where I thought about using the punching bag. Arrgh!

Oh. I've tried that one a few times. I'm not there. More like punching the wall. Think the punching bag will be slightly better, no?

Music.  Either an earworm (a catchy song or tune that runs continually through a person's mind) or this particular song.  I don't use it much because I process anger immediately out of my mind.

Love it, and love music. But at this point not even music, unless aggressive will do any good. :-/

An aggressive and prolonged grudge f*ck? A bloody good idea my friend and it would be so relaxing afterward. Your whole body would certainly be in peril. This post was edited by Zack at March 2, 2017 9:55 AM MST
