    Haha. Yes breaking stuff is expensive enough already without having anger tantrums. Pillow I somewhat like punching bag. I like it, only its very soft. :-)

    Real true anger in me will usually comes out in tears, especially if I feel suddenly broadsided with no ready solution to making things better.  

    Everything else, I usually just say my piece and move on.

    Wish I could do the same, I do most of times... but sometimes it simply overwhelms my feelings and I get the urge to do stupid stuff. Think punching bag is better, no?

    I understand overwhelming anger.  Been feeling a lot of that in my personal life as of late.  I too am trying to find ways to have a constructive outlet (other than unexpected crying jags) since it will always take a toll on me personally.
