Do you hate people who do things slowly?

Talk slowly, walk slowly, drive slowly, eat slowly, drink slowly. I can't stand them! lol

I like to do things fast. I don't need 30 minutes to eat a meal. I was in the cafeteria yesterday, and as I was wolfing down my lunch I was watching the other people eat with pure hatred. Stabbing their forks at one vegetable. The despair was so unbearable, I could feel my anxiety going thru the roof. I wanted to get up so badly and give them all a back-handed-slap.

LET'S GO CHAMP!!

  • Slow drivers create so much angst that they're potentially dangerous. Otherwise, nah! Take your time. Enjoy life.

A slow driver is an obstacle to be avoided like a moving shopping cart.

I usually don't go slow on stuff. Hmm. Doesn't mean I cannot reflect on things though. Oh. And to answer your question... no, I don't hate. I get frustrated in traffic if there's no legitimate reason why we should run slow, same when doing groceries and alike. Lol. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at March 8, 2017 7:08 PM MST

  • Nah, not me ... I was the guy watching you wolf your food down, as I savored every bite of mine. :)

    Hey, Gunter Von Hagens:

Look! It's the CHAMP, Randy Santel, king of the food challanges. Do you think he WINS by "savoring every bite"? No, he doesn't. That would be weak. I'd like to see you up against him. And we'll see who comes out on top.

I am usually the last to finish my meal.  I also believe in eating slow and enjoying.  It's healthier too.

Unnaturally slow drivers DO make me crazy, especially if I have an appointment and cannot get around them.

So how do you expect to win an eating competition by being slow, huh? You're never going to finish first by being "slow and enjoying". Life is competitive! Everything is a competition. YOU NEED TO EAT QUICKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL.

    ;)

    Hi righty1!
I tend not to get uptight at people doing things slowly (in general! Ha!)

But the fastest thing I can do is watch my anxiety sometimes fly at breakneck speed, too, like you mentioned!

I'm a CHAMP at that worry/anxiety crap!! Ha!
    :)

I'm fast-paced with mostly everything. Can't help it bud. When the mind is moving a million miles an hour, so does the body. And It's usually the stupid stuff that doesn't matter that gets to me.

    LET'S GO CHAMP!!! :)

Sometimes, King Louie, you have to miss a few days while you're waiting for them to be refilled by your doctor. Especially if you run out on a weekend.
