Would a law be Constitutional if it required you to shovel your sidewalk on Saturday morning??
Hello:
Nahhh... It SOUNDS innocuous enough, and doesn't even mention Jews, but if the INTENT of the law was to keep Jews OUT of town, it would be unconstitutional, wouldn't it?
I'm just trying to show that a Muslim ban CAN be a Muslim ban EVEN if the word Muslim is never used.. It's like a law that says you must use the bathroom of the gender you were BORN with, IS an anti LGBT law, EVEN if it never mentions the LGBT..

Not granting special rights does not make you anti as if granting no rights at all. LGBTs have the same rights as everyone else with the same restrictions.
Seems to me that if the law was about Jews, you could find where somebody on the lawmaking body made antisemitic remarks.. If they NEVER did, then the law COULD be about snow, except for the fact that it snows on other days of the week.. One wonders WHY would one would be required to shovel his walk ONLY on Saturday???
