Hi Lucia~  In both definitions of the word, yes and no.  Some of the sexual preferences and practices may differ from the heterosexual view points of normalcy.  Some may not.
As a general rule, regardless of our sexual tendencies and choices, we are all here to play on this topic and subject.  We are the same people who answer very seriously on serious questions.  It's fun to joke around with each other from time to time.  The internet opens up a world of possibilities with funny pictures and new friends who perceive things differently.  We aren't being rude or insulting to each other.
So, yes, we are all being gay and giddy.  And no, we all do not choose same sex as our personal sexual choices.
It's fun to play with everyone no matter what their sexual preferences are.  In this group of friends, we know where to draw the boundary and no one is vindictive or out to hurt anyone by their choices.  
No harm. Just plain and simple fun.
