Let dumbness take hold and keep missing assigned dates, offering sorrowful excuses. They will grow fed up and dismiss you. This post was edited by O-uknow at March 25, 2017 6:57 AM MDT

  • I wasn't a big fan of it either....  I put it up trying to force the site to have the animated GIF dancing when I posted but it didn't work..   Then I was too lazy to switch to something better.

Approximately 48 to 54 hours before the scheduled report date, commit a crime for which you're sure you'll be arrested.  Either you'll still be in custody on jury day, or you'll make bail, but either way, the prosecution, the defense or the judge will dismiss you as ineligible.

By the way, find out if in your jurisdiction you're allowed to take your own soap-on-rope with you to jail. You'll thank me later.

  • I always went to it but then told the defense lawyer during the interview that my statements would be biased. Worked! I was gone in an hour.

  • Very smart. I've never been called, Don't really know if I'd like to do it or not. I reckon that would all depend on the case. If it were a murder case, I might play legit and try to get picked.

  • Both cases that I was called on were murders in prisons. No way I could be fair on that. Now I have a medical excuse and don't get bothered any more. LOL

  • That would be hard to keep an open mind about. I think I'd try to get out of that as well.

Never been called but I don't think I would try to get out of it.

If I were trying to get out of it, I would just answer the questions with a little bit of a biased spin to them.
