If a jury gets it wrong -- convicts an innocent men, or releases a guilty man -- should the jurors face criminal charges?

    If the jury has been fed wrong evidence or had evidence concealed by the system, the greater responsibility should in theory lie with  those misleading the jury. However, as they are likely to be those with power and authority, it will never happen.
