Have you ever tried.....

on clothes in the store and they fit nicely, but when you get them home they don't fit at all? How is this possible??

    Nope.

    That makes zero sense unless you took others off the rack instead.

    But I am no real example because I NEVER try on clothes in any store.  I will put them back if I think I look like that in them.  The lighting and store mirrors and what I generally look like when I shop all go to the bad as far as whether I want to buy the thing or not.

    I am used to just looking and taking it home.  I hardly ever have to return anything.  I have had years of practice.

  • Nope, bought the ones I tried on. Got them home and they didn't fit the same, the shirt was too short and the pants were too long.

  • In a dressing room, the mirror is usually pretty close.  
    That would explain why the "too short" dress looked okay, but the pants are still a mystery.
    Were you wearing the same shoes both at the store and at home?
