  • Usually drink a V8 and eat a few crackers. Either it holds me over or wets my appetite.

    I usually do a P&J sandwich and a glass of milk or a bowl of cereal when nothing else sounds good.

  • Never really cared for PB&Js or cereal. Well Rice Krispies once or twice a year.

  • When I feel like that , I usually make me a chocolate frosting and  peanut butter sandwich.

  • I usually wait on one of my kids. They'll eat half of something and not want, so I just take what they didn't eat.

    do something else that
    you need to be involved with...
         When the body needs food
    it will let you know, then you can take something.
    ...or drink something instead (Something that's good for you),
    if so inclined.
    ...We stuff so much into our bodies
    way more than what we need...and too much of the stuff we don't need.
    ...listen to your body, it has it's own rhythm.
