    Yes, very much so.. spot on there O.  It was around my late 30s I think when I began to accept me for who and how I was.. that included many strengths and a whole heap of weaknesses.. I get told off often for being down on myself.. I don't believe I am - I am happy to acknowledge those things I am not good at..
