I think it was more of Trump not thinking before he spoke. He did have an Armada heading to North Korea but the carrier was turned around to join military exercise in Australia and maybe Trump forgot about that Last week on fox news he said he fired 59 missals at Iraq - he forgot that it was Syria not Iraq. Any way things like that don't make me feel safe at all a Commander and Chief should know exactly were all his Carriers are and what Countries he fires missals at all times. Cheers!
