They are disposable or dry clean only. I mainly make them out of the garbage bags that I have for myself. I'm not a designer at all. There are some safety issues though. Whic are don't wear near fire, don't wear too tightly, don't wear to bed, and don't wear them over your face. I hope some designers start using them as such. I hope this helps.
