Do you know of any grammar rules of foreign languages that you wish existed in the English language? ~

My selection would be from Spanish: all verbs in their infinite form end in either -er, -ir, or -or.  Simple as that.

Tambien en espanol los sustantivos occuren antes de los adjectivos.  A mi parece correcto. You should say what you are talking about before you describe it.   Esta de acuerdo?

Some languages, like Vietnamese, don't use verb tenses.  Instead of I go, I will go, I did go, they say today I go, tomorrow I go, yesterday I go.
