Where's one place you actually enjoy shopping?

Example, the shoe store or the hardware store.

    Giant Eagle Market District

The atmosphere is very relaxing.  The smell of hand made soap fills the air with a wonderful light scent.  The lights are at an acceptable level.  The produce is a better quality than other markets.  They carry a good line of meatless organic products and have items that are hard to find elsewhere. Employees are very helpful and ready to answer any question.  They always have free samples throughout the store. I have added new products to my diet this way.

I have lots of online haunts, like Amazon, Threadless and Westwind Tie-Dye. In real life, I'm not much of a shopper. I do like the local farmer's market, but that's about the only place I enjoy shopping. Ooh, and Ross, but that's more about the thrill of the hunt. -_- (That's my game face.) I can only handle going to Ross a few times a year, but I could go to the farmer's market every day.

I too, enjoy exploring farmer's markets and the produce section.

My favorite hardware store back home.  It was always fun to go in there.  There was also an old mercantile downtown that has been there my whole life.  It's very fun to go in there and look around; it is very random and interesting.  I bought quite a bit of glass items there; they are very cheap and like the stuff our grandmothers used.  You cannot beat a clear glass butter dish; it holds a full pound block of butter.  I don't usually buy it that way but I use the dish for leftovers too.  Where I am right now there is a huge indoor flea market that people seem to love frequent.  All new merchandise there.  I'm not interested in used stuff other than solid wooden items which I can refinish and make new again.    I've never gone over there but it is on my list.

  • I only like online shopping when items are delivered to my house via drones.

I know that's right; you love the hovering drones at your door.  I've never actually seen one making a delivery; have you?

You can't tell if the drone is there to kill you or give you presents and that is a problem.

Why did you pick the two most unfun places to shop?  You are obviously not a woman.

I like to shop.  It relaxes me.   I don't have to buy anything necessarily either.

    Thrifty, seriously?  A HARDWARE store?

Besides having a woman's body, you think like a man through and through.   LOL  Shaking head.

    Did you pull my pants?

And I don't like to. It's usually an exercise in vanity and superficialness.
