How do I "clear the cache" in order to alleviate glitches?

I'm using an iPhone something-or-other, version umptifratz, flux capacitor unknown.  I've been given to understand by the whippersnappers of Millenium Kūl that there's some mysterious "cache" that periodically needs to be swept out or de-cobwebbed or cornholed or something like that in order to leave me feeling daisy fresh or volleyball-ready, horseback-ready, some such jazz. Now bear in mind that I'm the same guy who hasn't opened any of your links in 7 to 9 years for fear of viruses or Feringi or chupacabra, so I'm not going to comprehend any geek-speak. Just talk me down from the tower and let's get this deathtrap sporting its faulty landing gear and low on fuel back to terra firma upright with as minimal damage to fuselage and only as few necessary human casualties as possible.  Oh, and my top priority is protecting the tildes, so the damsel in distress is on her own.

Restore your phone to factory settings. That should screw it... I mean do it.

Only Nintendo Players are efficient in the art button bashing, I don't think it is the same with touchscreens. I cracked the hill out of two screens doing this.

Kidnap a millennial's tilde, get him/her to do it for you or the tilde gets it.

  • If you want to clear the browser cache you just go into Safari settings and it's in there.   If it's from apps Apple doesn't build a way to clear the cache with those and you need to download yet another app designed just to clear apps cache.
