I don't think that even the ability to shoot is a criterion, you just have to stump up the cash. Adam Lanza's mother could hardly lift the military assault rifle her son "borrowed" to shoot up a kindergarten. America's attachment to the archaic, outmoded Second Amendment seems pathological at times. "The right to bear arms" - for WHAT? Comedian Jim Jefferies puts it better than I can.
