Have Muslims really made a ritual out of having to leave a house with their right foot first?

The right hand is meant for eating and doing 'clean' things like eating while the left hand should do the dirty work like wiping the butt etc.

Putting right foot forward leaving home symbolicly meaning having good clean intentions to deal with the outside world.

Does it help Isis and those that follow these parts of the Quran?

Surah 8:12 [Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, "I am with you, so strengthen those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip."

Surah 9:5 And when the sacred months have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakah, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.

Who cares? 

Do all Indians smoke a peace pipe?

Do all blacks worship Obeya man?

Do all Christians have the same rituals?   Do you all go to church on Sundays? 

Why bring this up?   All Muslims are no different than ALL Anyone else.  Some do and some do not.

What the heck difference does it make to you?  You cannot even understand your own religion and now you want to know about a religion you could never comprehend?   Get real.
