No. He has a business degree, so has to know how to read to earn that. His ex-wife, Ivanna, said he kept a copy of "Mein Kampf" on his night table to read at night. Then he tweets on Twitter all the time. 

IMO-he reads and understands his limited reasoning.   The article was an interesting read. Thanks for sharing.

I think he knows how to write, and I think he can do it bigly. 

He CAN read, but DOESN'T. Selectively illiterate, he can only read his own tweets or the marshmallow reports from the Murdochracy. Anything negative is "fake news".
