After college do you get more debt than degree?

  • Some people do, unfortunately. I was lucky not to be in debt after college, but I know friends who will be paying student loans for a long time.

    Not in the UK as college wd is free but we have a different system which goes college then uni and uni isn't free

    I had my student loans forgiven for medical reasons. Lucky me.

    I had to sign a promissory note that I would begin paying the loan off 6 months after graduating.
