Two addiciton counselors at halfway house die of drug overdose. Who counsels the Counselors and keeps them on the straight-and-narrow?

 It occurred at the Freedom Ridge Recovery Lodge in Westchester, Pa.  How? What kind of vetting do they do to protect the folks who are there for HELP?
