Oh, yeah, that could get smelly. Here is one that has been re-styled and you can get away with one bag and many looks.

I used to talk to gtravels about Project Runway. We were both fans. I'll bet anything they had a plastic bag challenge. I don't know if this is the product of that show, but I'll bet they tried the trash bag look.
It seems Trash Bag Mugger has a good point about the reason for pushing trash bags. It keeps plastic out of the land fill, and what other b.s. did he tell me? Oh yes, it saves money. LOL
