Germany's Merkel says Europe can't rely on "others" (meaning the US). Isn't that PRECISELY why some LOVE the Donald? His unpredictability?

His voters/supporters/defenders/worshippers depend on his consistent loose-cannon qualities. Now you see him now you don't. Where's he gonna strike next and how? When and why?  That makes him precious to them PRECISELY for the reason Merkel states. You can't pin him down. You can't rely on him. A moving target keeps 'em guessing. Right? Course he makes everyone nervous as he** but that's a small price to pay for having a UNIQUE prez. Isn't it?

    LOL. Are you really calling him unreliable because a foreign power can't rely on him? Really?! They're not supposed to be able to rely on him. He serves the U.S. not them!! F*** the E.U!!

    You do realize she was referring to both the US and the UK?

    In her own words:

    “The era in which we could fully rely on others is over to some extent,” Merkel told an election rally in Munich on Sunday. “We Europeans truly have to take our fate into our own hands – naturally in friendship with the United States of America, in friendship with Great Britain, as good neighbours ... But we have to know that we Europeans must fight for our own future and destiny.”
