Can you name a singer whose voice could only be described as "sultry?"

I know she's already been mentioned on here, but the first one I thought of was Nina Simone.

I like Nina Simone, I have a "Best of Nina Simone" CD which has a fine diverse selection of songs on it. I especially like her rendition of this song:
