    The entire premise is a fallacy of logic: tildes are merely the result of selecting a particular keyboard sequence, they cannot be quantified. 

    Next you'll try to convince us that some weirdo attaches them to a majority of his posts. Sillier than that doesn't exist. (Lay off the java, Lady.  It's making you loopy.)

    The text of the graphic is incorrect: her example (sé) carries the accent mark, not a tilde.
