I like yellow mustard....................not the fancy stuff....just plain French's mustard. I like Best Food Mayo too, but in very small doses. My neighbors who are from Rhode Island put celery salt on everything that is not dessert. I have now taken a liking to that as well. I don't use steak sauces but like Louisiana hot sauce on beans and a good marinade for steaks..
I like yellow mustard too. I use it allot when preparing fish. I just buy the no name brand cos it's fine. I used to like celery salt but that was when I drank bloody Mary's and used for rimming glass. I cant drink those anymore cos they make my hair turn red when I fall asleep on the floor :/ .... ;)
The black seeds are black mustard seeds, the light brownish powder is coriander powder, next to it is turmeric powder, the red powder is paprika or red chilli powder, next to it is cumin powder, next to it are cumin seeds, followed by fenugreek seeds, in the middle are cinnamon sticks, cardamom etc;))
