I have no clue. When my wife was in the ER, I asked a Nurse practicioner what was the difference between her and a Physician's assistant. She said no difference.
A dietician is focused primarily on what the individual needs that may not be nutritious for the general populous. If a hospital orders meals from a dietician, it may be concerning salt intake for a party that cannot handle too much, or any, salt. Or sugar, etc. So the program of nutrition for that person would be tailored to his needs for ultimate health and survival.
A nutritionist is more focused on what are the best foods for those who are looking to improve good health or health that can be improved by eliminating unnecessary junk that the body does not need.
They focus on the necessary amount of vitamins and minerals, water, and food with the goal of providing ultimate health and vitality for an individual or group.
Here is a sampling of all the food groups in one package. But there is a more healthful way to incorporate food than eating this.
Either a dietician or a nutritionist could change this meal. A dietician would be more concerned with eliminating the salt, or the white flour, or the fat, etc.
A nutritionist would make the bun whole grain, the meat low fat, or a vegan substitute, keep the vegetables, and add organic cheese.
