Illinois Congressman Mike Quigley (D) introduced the COVFEFE Act.

This act makes it so tweets and other media from a prez would be considered documentary material ensuring their preservation!

How cool is that?  Trump inadvertently created an act that will place some control on him.  Sweet ain't it? Hoisted by his own petard kinda sorta possibly perhaps maybe?

    Presidential tweets already come under the Presidential Records Act 1978. A digital memorandum created by the President, it's there in black and white. Every time he deletes/changes a tweet without permission from the Federal Archivist, he's committing a crime.
