    As you may have seen me answer in various places here and Answerbag, my personal fictional characters' choice would be President Atticus Finch and vice-President Edith Bunker. I really think they'd make a great pair of leaders.

    I'd vote for Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau if they were still alive. Lemmon actually played the President in an hilarious romp, My Fellow Americans.

    They were quite a pair and best friends in real life too. One-of-a-kinders for sure. I think Walt would be in front of the TV guzzling beer and Jack would be doing all the presidenting and veeping as well. You know how Oscar was!
