    As long as the 'common problem' they share is still president, they will be able to cooperate, after that it will probably be business as usual.

    My understanding of the reason for this "detente" is the critical condition of Congressman Steve Scalise, Republican! Also an aide and two cops. That's the only thing holding this together. It's fragile and temporary. Trump will still be Trump no matter what happens and his supporters would die rather than abandon him. Nothing's changed in my opinion JakobA. Just a very short-term and temporary respite. I could be wrong. I hope I am. Thank you for your reply'!  :)
