Discussion»Questions»Human Behavior» Do those who excel at doing nothing have the potential to do equally well at doing something? Is there a way to test it?
Yes. Most anyone can do most anything. I made a windsurfing club once even though the negotiations, finding members and cultivating contacts was something I had to learn from scratch.
You're a windsurfer JakobA? I tried it once years ago in San Diego waters. A friend lived there and invited me down for the day. You need upper body strength to get up on the board from the water and then you need strength to guide the sails so they will catch the wind. It's for athletes of which I am not one. I did manage to get up on one and stand upright and catch a bit of the wind. It was exhilarating for a few seconds and then right back into the water I went. Do you still windsurf? Thank you for your reply! :)
