Salt because I use fresh garlic, not powder. :D

I use both fresh garlic and garlic powder.
If I do use salt it's sea salt.

I use sea salt or kosher salt, depending upon what I am cooking.  I use them both sparingly.

I salt very few of the foods I cook. I guess I use more garlic powder.

  • I never use garlic powder. I use fresh garlic when I cook, and it's in a lot of recipes. I use salt all the time. Iodized sea salt :)

I never use salt.  I do, however, use garlic powder but not that often.

Garlic powder makes everything taste really bad.  I never use that junk.  I use garlic.

    So, salt.

I NEVER use garlic powder, I use the real thing. I try to have a bulb or two on hand, keep a jar of minced in the fridge for emergencies - there have been times when I've kept a bulb too long and it's either sprouted or gone powdery.
It's not hard to grow, especially if you have roses - the two are mutually beneficial, almost symbiotic, and aphids hate garlic which is another bonus.
