    Seriously? I LOVE clams. There is nothing sweeter nor fresher than a fresh clam with lemon juice and salt.  Yummo.

    I'm not crazy about them but they are OK if fried and they are not too chewy.  I remember when Howard Johnsons Hotel had fried clams on Friday (I think) night...all you cared to eat.  One serving was enough but my husband would wear those servers out sending them to the kitchen for more.
