I don't know about tumors, but I have in the past willed sores to heal rapidly. I am losing my touch, though.

Maybe you need to refresh, and renew somehow to re-empower your mind's ability to focus.

Mayhap.   I have not heard that word since I read The Stand by Stephen King.  It was an old black lady talking.

I noticed I misspelled it. It's archaic but I like to use it.

    AHAAAA.

They cannot even determine if it is a force or not.

It is a SOURCE not a force.

Placebo effect is well understood. Most every mother uses it to good effect when children get hurt and cry.
Here in Denmark we blow the pain away with a breath of air,
As I understand it American mothers mostly kiss the pain away.

Either way, the remedy have nothing to do with what caused the pain.
    And it works every time.

Mary's faith in the voice of the angel Gabriel inspired a spontaneous pregnancy to occur to bear the child Jesus; via placebo effect.

Nah, some people doubt that story. Even in the bible we se Joseph the carbenters lineage gives as proof of Jesus being a descendant of Daniel.

So it was Joseph made Mary become pregnant with Jesus?

Rumor has it that Mary was having an affair with God.  And when you go there, anything can happen.

God is invisible so Gabriel must have arranged it as a blind date for Mary.

Guess what?  You dissect the egg and sperm and keep it up and there is nothing either.  That nothing is God.

I did not say that, just that according to Matthew 1:1-17 he was. Elsewhere i Mattew I expect you can find support for the 'immaculate conception'.
Luke gives a genealogy of Mary (again 'proving' that Jesus had high-born ancestors)

  • Or maybe just a story.  And your answer is not consistent with the story as we have it which clearly says the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary.

An invisible force caused a spontaneous pregnancy for Mary.
Well ok the Holy Spirit is an invisible force.
The same invisible force that enables spontaneous healings to occur?

  • But we have no way to verify the pregnancy was not through the usual sexual reproduction.

Guess we could just say it was an 'immaculate conception' whatever that is supposed to mean.

  • No.  The Immaculate Conception refers to Mary's sin free conception, not the conception of Jesus.

This is why you voted for Nixon.

The Immaculate Conception refers to the conception of JESUS.  And it was Immaculate according to whomever wrote that stuff.

Who do you think was being immaculately concieved?  As far as I know, she did not give birth to anyone else during that accusation.
