It is also called a cheap display.

The problem is that the man doesn't possess the qualities necessary to behave as a caring human being. We keep expecting him to give things he just doesn't have. 

I became more more convinced of that than ever when he pulled out of the Paris accord, confirming his lack of concern about global warming and the environment. While his indifference to average Americans was completely predictable, his putting business (and paranoia) ahead of the future of his own grandchildren only served as another nail in his malignant narcissist coffin.  

I'd like to see him make that same offer to an American child in such need.
