I am thinking of it. I'm waiting for a good groupon deal.

Could do with a manicure, but the lassies in the nail bars just think it's a giggle.

No real man has one.   The next step after that is a sex change.

    Sissy.

You are the sister, not me.  YOU.

This is meant to be ridiculous.   What the heck are you getting all emotional about?

It's not emotion. Perhaps you meant the name-calling to be humorous and light-hearted, that's fine. Not every attempt at humor works out.

    Because I knocked pedicures?

Oh grow up already.  I don't have any homophobic issues.  I think you are being overly-sensitive about an issue that doesn't need that much coddling. This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at July 5, 2017 8:53 AM MDT

Who said anything about knocking pedicures?  Certainly not I.  You used a word that can be construed as a slur and I called you on it.  Nowhere did I write anything other than that.  Let's review:

Perhaps you meant the name-calling to be humorous and light-hearted,

Not one reference is made by me to pedicures or to your opinion of pedicures.

As for over-sensitivity, whether it exists or not, it doesn't excuse your use of the word.  Please don't try to downplay your use of a slur by accusing me of being abnormal because you used it.

You addressed this comment to the wrong person, Thrift: Sharonna is the one who used the word and defends its use.  I'm the one who spoke against it.

I don't subscribe to such things. I'm a guy and can clip my own toe nails.

    3.  Good morning and spoiled as he may be, I give Don pedicures when I do mine.  We are into massage and when we give massages, the feet are always included.  There are many parts of your foot that directly help vital organs in your body.  If you know how to work those parts of the feet, you can ease pain, help circulation, bloating, constipation and so on.
Nail maintenance is not included in the full body massage but I do my toe nails about once every other week.  I force him to stick his feet in our message soak foot bath while he is working and do his after I've done mine.  It helps in your posture and how you walk in your shoes.
    All in all,
Pedicured feet are, "Happy Feet! :)"

  • Nope. I'm not much into that city-slicker grooming. Only the basics for me :)

Not that I wouldn't enjoy it if I got one, but I don't care enough to bother.
