I don't see why we the people should be kind to a guy who is unkind/vicious to everyone with whom he disagrees. Turn the other cheek?
Why is it up to us to put up with him? Why doesn't HE turn the other cheek, let things slide off, pay attention to what's important and not himself for once? Why should it be a one-way street? Anyone know?
This is my favorite part. THEN THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE HURT FEELINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!
The people (you know ...WE THE PEOPLE?") mean nothing to these morons. All we are to the Trumps and the Tea Party is a captive audience who must obey their every whim, lest we be accused of DISLOYALTY.
It's all about THEM. How dare anyone not admire and fawn all over them. I mean that is what WE ARE FOR to them.
Nothing else.
'You're trash like your father!' Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka faces a barrage of hateful comments on Instagram over her dad's politics - even on pictures of her kids
The 33-year-old mother has been receiving hate-filled comments following her father's recent presidential announcement speech earlier this month In the speech Donald, 69, alleged that Mexican immigrants are 'rapists' and 'criminals'.
She is trash, his wife is trash, her brother (the older one) is total trash and the younger one is autistic, so he is an innocent victim.
Our President is a shill, a sham and a bore. Hail to the Chief.
At times like this and in times like these I am very thankful I am not a Trump Shar. Aren't you? Thank you for your thoughtful answer. I like it a lot. :)
Stooping to his level means LYING 24/7 which I do not do. I do not lie to get by or get my way or get people in trouble or just for the halibut which he does consistently/constantly/incessantly/unendingly/eternally/foreverly. I could never go as low as he is naturally even if I tried. Setting that aside, do we turn a blind eye to what he does/says that insults/hurts/harms people including we the people? Do we let it slip by silently and pretend it's normal and alright and okay and swell when he lies which he does all the time lest we be accused of giving back what he throws out/talking back/objecting/refuting/ saying "no that isn't so"? All or nothing? That isn't the point I was trying to make. How far do you let things go before you stand up, speak up, confront, challenge? Silence implies acceptance. I am never silent. Possibly we're on different pages here. It matters not at all to me. I hope it doesn't matter to thee. Different strokes for different folks. And so it goes. Thank you for your reply LO! :)

You totally missed my point. You don't have to become Trump to fight Trump. You can still maintain your values while voicing your opposition. Kindness and decency do not have to be sacrificed to do so. That's exactly how Barack Obama is handling him, heeding his wife's sage advice, "when they go low, we go high."
I didn't say you have to become Trump to fight him LO. I can't figure out how you got that from my question. I didn't say fight back in the same way. I said don't ignore it. Challenge it. Call it out. So that's why your response confused me. I got your point. I didn't see how it related to the question I asked. That's all.
