THE ESTABLISHMENT CLAUSE
The First Amendment bars the government from making laws that single out a specific religion. MUSLIM ban would fall under that category.
THE DUE PROCESS and EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSES
The 5th and 14th Amendments apply here. The Trump Immigration order caused hundreds of refugees and VISA holders to be detained without access to attorneys. Specifically "no PERSON can be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law. The 14th also says "no PERSON can be denied equal protection under the law". PERSON. That means EVERYONE not just American citizens.
THE SPENDING CLAUSE
Trump's threat to withhold funding from cities that refuse to enforce federal immigration statutes is empty/toothless. CONGRESS has the power of the purse. CONGRESS decides. The President is powerless .
EMOLUMENTS CLAUSE
A president CANNOT RECEIVE FOREIGN GIFTS WHILE IN OFFICE. Trump receives money from foreign governments when they pay to stay at his hotels and pay to play at his golf courses.
