Go to ER or wait until Monday?

I have a small cyst on my skin near chest area .. been there years. I've been told I didn't have to have it removed, but finally decided to have it done a few weeks ago; had the appoint. all set up and now out of the 4 years I've had it, it is red/infected. I'm on an antibiotic, so that helps but it is more sore and I'm unsure to go to ER to have it removed, or wait until I have my appointment on Monday. It is quite red now and I am torn what to do.

    It was infected, hurt a good amount to drain it/lance it, but, is now feeling a bit better, and just have to put some warm soap water on it now. Ty for asking E  :)
