What is your stance on boner pills?

Are they expensive?

If you need them, shouldn't you get  another hobby perhaps?

Yes, there are people who "abuse" it, but I'm guessing the majority of men who take it aren't like that. And now, I'm headed to adultMug to ask more questions about this. O_o

Make sure you shower before you come back.

I will lay you odds that there are twice as many people who do not need it and abuse it, than those  who  actually do need it.

    How Is Viagra Abused?

According to USA Today, Viagra is being used by younger audiences as a street drug and a thrill pill. Because it is generally easy to acquire, it has become a chosen drug on college campuses, rave parties and in clubs. Unfortunately, it is commonly consumed in conjunction with other drugs as well as alcohol, and this can produce a deadly result. On the black market, Viagra is being purchased for between $25 and $30 for each individual pill.

The basic physiologic mechanism for Viagra has to do with erectile response. In studies where patients either had an organic erectile dysfunction or a psychogenic erectile dysfunction, Viagra was able to improve erections through sexual stimulation based on an objective measurement both of hardness of the erection and duration of the erection. Most of the studies that have been held regarding the effectiveness of Viagra have shown a proven difference in the group taking the Viagra and the group taking the placebo. Viagra has also been used in treating pulmonary heart issues, but it is not used to treat both of these conditions at once.

    Hello again, t:

You seem to lack an understanding of exactly WHAT this little pill does..  Besides giving you a RAGING hard on, it makes you cum harder than you ever have before.. What's wrong with that? I don't NEED 'em, you're right..  But I sure LOVE 'em..

Calling them "boner pills" and referring to their use as a "hobby" could be taken as a mite satirical. I agree with you on the overuse though. I don't like to see anyone abuse medication recklessly. I've never needed the blue pill so far, but I think I would if my junk stopped working.

  • I think you're probably referring to Viagra.

Viagra is not an aphrodisiac. The drug cannot work unless the man feels desire.

When we get older our hormone levels drop (to different degrees in every individual) and so, ipso facto, libido.

But getting a boner is not just about desire.

In older people fat and poor circulation, or a pre-diabetic condition, are major causes of partial or complete impotence. When this is happening, the man still feels desire and longs to be able to make love. It can cause a great deal of distress in a couple when it starts happening, especially if she doesn't understand the reason and feels she is no longer attractive or that he no longer loves her. In cases like this, Viagra can save marriages. Or make it much easier for an older single man to find a new relationship.

No one knows yet whether Viagra has any long term side effects.

There is no equivalent for women. (Or none that I know of.)

If by "boner pills" you mean Viagra remember that it's a vaso-dialator and was originally developed to treat certain cardiac conditions. It's still prescribed for those conditions. The use as a treatment for erectile dysfunction was an "off-label" treatment when it was first used for that condition.

I am truly sorry, RPF.  I was talking out of my butt here.  I know virtually NOTHING about them and was mainly pointing at people who misuse them that do not need them so they can have some raging hard on for 24 hours.

Please forgive.  I didn't mean to be a jerk.   excon explained to me that there is more to them than just what I was thinking anyway.

    I WAS WRONG.  Sorry.

Oh man.  I don't need them, remember?    You are right about one thing, I don't know much about them.  Just what I've read or heard and it never sounds right for some reason.

ex con says they are "orgasmic" so what can I say?   I'm not taking them.

They wouldn´t have been created if women needed them.

  • They're orgasmic in the sense that a man can't have an orgasm without an erection.

Well, he can, but is rare for men to discover how.
