Do you think a black person is justified in murdering a white person if the white person used a racial slur during an argument?

The charges being dropped tells me that the prosecution did not think that could get a jury where all the members thought that murdering someone for using a racial slur was not justified.

    No I do not think it "justifies" killing.
    I rather think the judge (like me) found it to be a provokative insult that had sad consequences.

    No, of course not.  Why are you trying to stir up sh*t here?  Your assumption as to why the charges were dropped is completely wrong.  They don't have access to the key witness.  Please do a little more research before posting.  It's annoying af.
