Anthony Scaramucci is the new White House Communications Director. Was a hedge fund manager and former employee of Goldman Sachs.

SCARAMOUCHE (dictionary definition)

1. A stock clown character of the Italian commedia dell' arte who is a cowardly braggart , easily beaten and
    frightened.

2. A rascal, scamp


So what we have here folks is another CLOWN in the White House.  Added to the circus. Just what we needed, right?
