    Oh my gosh yes. Indie folk is my favorite genre. I just saw Joshua Radin at the Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix a week or so ago. Brandon Jenner (yes, of that Jenner family) opened for him and he's a folk singer too- a good one. Other notables include Mumford & Sons, the Lumineers, Fleet Foxes, Of Monsters and Men, and Wilco. Somewhere on the fringes of folk are people like Ed Sheeran, Vance Joy, Jack Johnson, and John Mayer. There are more who have been quiet for a little while, but not too terribly long that they’re gone- Damien Rice, Bright Eyes, Bon Iver, Birdy, First Aid Kit and Glen Hansard, to name a few. No… folk is alive and well. I could probably list another 20-30 if I thought anyone was listening. Lol

    Here are two of my newer favorites that I can’t help but sing along with every single time I hear them.
