When it is false knowledge. My sisters do that a lot. They give me information which I know is junk, which means they have no knowledge of whatever it is they are trying to inform me of.
Agree with the others.. I've seen it so many times and it always dismays and frustrates me.. What makes it worse is when they truly believe utter hogwash and proclaim it as truth.. Mostly it is dogma that has been indocrinated so well that the person doesn't question and cannot even begin to contemplate that what they have been taught to believe is untrue.
