Oh my goodness! Would that perchance be the very same program confirmed by Rep. Adam Shiff, who was the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, back in March of 2016???
The CIA funded ISIS under the pretext of calling them rebels. They have deliberately engineered the conflict. The CIA under Obama and Hillary are responsible for mass death.
There is nothing covert about this. Everyone who is paying attention knows.
Trump is the commander in chief. It's his right to talk about this corruption. It is his duty to talk about it.

I do not know whether he did that, nor do I know what his reason for doing it is supposed to be.
But why not look it up? Tweets get archived, and these days a lot of people make their own archives of Trump teets just to make sure they are not lost. I Trump did make such a tweet it should be findable.
