He actually can't, he's tried to fo unconstitutional things already and been slapped down. The Veep can be impeached, but the Prez can't fire him unilaterally, Pence took the oath to serve - and will be President before long, certainly before the midterms unless the GOP are actually crazy. They're headed for a train wreck if Trump is still at the helm by then.
