6:30 on school days so I can shave and everything and make lunches before my son gets up. During summer 7:30-9:00 depending when I get to bed because I work in the evening.
When I'm alone thirty or so minutes after I wake. I wake when I wake. Same for going to sleep. I have little discipline about sleep. Some call this poor sleep hygiene; others call it healthy. I set an alarm when I have an appointment to be sure I'm up in time to get dressed and get there. When I'm not alone I sleep when the others sleep.
