Bystander? Uninvolved with the issue at hand? Aloof? Removed from the fray? Uncaring, afraid to participate or doesn't give a rat's a**? Thank you for your reply Sbf and Happy Friday. I f their dog isn't in the fight some don't bother to get in to fight for the rights of others. I don't think that's really "innocent" unless we're talking about mentally impaired, the very young, the very old or the infirm! :)

Especially when you are dealing with those Trump supporting dick-heads. The North Koreans would probably rebel against the regime in a second, if they had the means.
