What's your idea of the perfect grilled cheese sandwich?

I have other charms that attract women.

Sourdough bread, extra sharp cheddar cheese with crisp dill pickle slices on it.

Oh I love bacon on GC. Sometimes but not always I add a leaf of lettuce to it as well.

sounds yum... and almost like a grilled BLT with cheese, except no tomato.
